The manicure itself was very good and lasted without chipping. However the salon was so busy and they were running late, but kept accepting new appointments/walk ins. My appointment should have been 45 minutes but I was there for an hour and 20 minutes. The staff were all nice, but didn't really talk to me. The salon also could have been tidier/cleaner.
