Ridiculous! I was sitting in bellas bar for 20minutes before being told to go to battersea nails and beauty which is about 5minutes away. That’s not who I wanted to be booked with. I paid online to go here. Once I arrived at battersea I had to wait an extra 30mins! This is a joke. Be more professional

I was left soaking for 20 before someone attended. Watching lady next to me having long leg and feet massage I was looking forward to have mine. But I only had exfoliating cream smudged briefly. I have booked luxury pedicure that got me thin mask and heat wrap. Lady serving me was keep borrowing clippers, file never cleaned and rise blocks for elevating feet that was filthy covered in white skin like residue. Hard skin was not removed but nice nail painting. Male therapist next to me was great.
