Hello, I am Erika and I booked for eyebrow threading on 05/09 at 14.45. I showed up and was told that my appointment had been cancelled with no previous notice at all!! I also already prepaid and I haven’t been contacted to reschedule. I prepaid 10£ so I guess if I lose this money it won’t be the end of the world but imagine if I had paid way more. Let’s see if I can get a refund because I don’t think I will come back again. Thanks!
