The girl who did my lashes was lovely and the result did look good, but unfortunately I wouldn't go back as she injured my eye quite a lot. I mentioned it kind of hurt at the time but she didn't move the eye guard and the next day my eye was bloodshot and hurt.

Overall, great experience, possibly due to the level of customer service from Elizabeth. Options for lashes explained clearly. The indicated timeframe for the services was almost to the minute- which I really appreciated having travelled from outside London. The look - true to their claims; very natural and beautiful. It’s just a shame that many of the lashes have since fallen out on just day 3. I was hoping they would last at least a week for holiday purposes. Would I return, undecided.
