Debbie is the proud Owner and Master Technician here at Bella Lash Brow. Her journey in the beauty industry began in north-east of China, where she completed her first Eyelash Extension training whilst living there for a year back in 2013. Bringing those valuable skills back to the UK, Debbie furthered her education with a Master's degree in International Management and Marketing and learned the art of Microblading with a renowned Training Academy here in the UK, dedicated to offering high-quality, natural-looking Lash Extensions and Microblading services since 2016. Throughout her career, she’s had the pleasure of working with thousands of clients and has continually expanded her expertise. In 2024, Debbie launched a sister company Bella Aesthetics London and is now qualified in Botox, Dermal and Body Fillers, Body Sculpting, Massages, Facials, Skin Boosters and Teeth Whitening as she is passionate about providing treatment results that enhances natural beauty and boosts confidence. As an Accredited Beauty Trainer in Lashes and Brows, Debbie has helped hundreds of aspiring beauty professionals launch their own businesses. Debbie’s mission is to empower women through comprehensive training in beauty treatments and is excited to continue offering courses in Aesthetics in the near future. Debbie strives to foster a supportive environment for her team and clients alike, ensuring everyone feels valued and satisfied with their experience proven through her exceptional 5* reviews and high client retention. Debbie’s ultimate goal is to open a training academy that provides marginalized young women with the skills they need to secure employment in the beauty industry.
