I love my new haircut; it's exactly what I wanted. A wonderful salon with friendly staff who instantly put you at ease - can't fault them. Definitely recommend.

Staff were really friendly and lovely. The minute I walked in they welcomed me with open arms and I felt extremely comfortable. My hair turned out amazing I felt like a new woman after my amazing hair colour. Definitely recommend to everyone.

The treatment was not as described. I did not receive a consultation about the shape of my brows, and there was also no threading done. I specifically grew my brows out a little so that we had something to work with for shape, but they were left as is.
I was also not given any information about the steps of the procedure (e.g. I only figured out the next step is waxing when I had hot wax slapped on my brow).
