I really like the haircut, and the staff was very nice to me.
There was no dry towels at the moment they were washing my hair, so they gave me one not completely dried, but it was clean.
They asked me if I wanted to restyle or just trim, because it seems that I’d need to pay an extra to restyle. This wasn’t mentioned in the Treatwell terms, and then I challenged them. In the end, I haven’t changed the style that much, so I haven’t been charged this extra.
