I went for a wash cut & trim and was not disappointed. Great service, friendly staff and it was done in about 30 minutes, so very efficient as well. Will book again.

I booked a wash and trim at a special treatwell price. My hair is long with long layers. When I got there the stylist told me I had to pay £10 extra because I had layers. I said there was nothing about this in the offer conditions. She told me if she did layers, she was restyling my hair, which was different to a trim. I said it was a trim not a restyle because I would not be leaving with a different style. She then got her colleague over and they were whispering then she called her boss and eventually said I could have the trim for the price I had already paid. I felt very tearful and unwelcome and awkward and I would have walked out if I hadn’t already paid via treatwell. We barely spoke throughout the wash and trim, and instead of me feeling like this was a relaxing, pampering treat, it felt like it was a very uncomfortable ordeal and I was very low by the time I walked out. I had been looking for a new hairdresser in Ealing. The search continues.
