Stylist was friendly and salon is nicely decorated. My roots were too orange from an at home blonde color kit. I explained I wanted my roots lighter and a more natural color to blend with the rest of my blonde hair. She suggested an ash color but that is absolutely not what she used. My hair turned out even more orange and coppery. The lighting in the salon is very flattering, meaning I could tell it didn’t look great/wasn’t what I wanted, but I couldn’t tell how horrible it looked until I got home and looked in my bathroom lighting. I went to a different salon the following morning for crown highlights and a toner to break up the awful copper color and have it blend more. Everyone in the salon I went to for the fix said absolutely she would’ve been able to tell the color was not right at all and couldn’t believe the stylist hadn’t suggested a free toner to try to correct her mistake. Sadly a complete waste of £45.

I had a hot stone massage which was incredible, and effective. The therapist was flexible and did what my body needed, mixing other methods in when necessary instead of sticking to just the hot stone massage.
I also got a haircut which was exactly what I had asked for. The stylist knew what I wanted because we actually discussed it!
