My hair is AMAZING. The lady asked a lot of questions to see exactly what I wanted she advised me on the colour and what treatments to do for my hair next very thoughtful. I had a full head colour there a cut and a conditioning treatment which left my hair looking amazing. The colour looks beautiful. The conditioning treatment really made my hair softer and gave it a healthier look. The cut was very neat and precise. I love staff they were very understanding and made me feel comfortable. They made me feel beautiful again Thank you so much to the amazing bellobella hair staff. I’ll definitely be coming back ❤️

LONG STORY SHORT. I’ve PAID £150 for the balayage online+booked appointment. Came and showed on my phone what I want, explained exactly what I want and what don’t and asked her if she can do this colour on my hair (twice). She said very confident “yes”. After she started the process she was very unhappy that I have thick hair+many more to add. At the end it was COMPLETELY WRONG COLOUR and they asked me to pay £120 MORE (for roots). So, I left with a wrong colour and paid £270 and damaged hair.
