My wash, cut and blow-dry were all done within 1 hour. I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes before the next stage each time, and Natalia cut my hair exactly how I wanted it - I have very long hair and she was very careful each time not to cut more than I wanted to. I got a big bouncy blow-dry with rollers and plenty of volume, which is still holding up 3 days later. Quality and quick service, great prices for London. I'll return there for my next cut.
