First time using Bella Salon and must say will be back. The therapist was polite, not overly chatty (I like to have quiet during treatments) and she was very experienced. However it would have been nice to have some background spa music just to aid in the relaxation

Florinda is efficient and accommodating with appointment times and always does a good job
I have given 4 stars - because I think the salon needs a little TLC and some of the equipment looks well - used
