Really unhappy with my experience. Naomi didn’t do what I requested. I asked for side bangs and she cut a fringe instead. It was obvious that I had side bangs with the way my hair was already cut and I even told her that I keep a middle part. For some strange reason, she still cut a fringe. This does not suit my face at all and I feel very conscious out in public. I request a full refund as this is an extremely unprofessional service!
