I have been using the salon for 20 years. I was very disappointed to have yet again another price increase. I was particularly disappointed to be told about the price increase when I was about to have my hair cut. I feel customers should be told about this when they book, not when they arrive ready for their hair cut. When I had my last hair cut I paid £140, this time £180. This was not just a small increase. So very disappointed.
