Booking Policy/Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes may be charged a £15 late fee. Depending on availability and the time remaining ,your appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled.Rescheduling on the day of the appointment is not permitted.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the service price.
Same-Day Changes
Rescheduling is not permitted on the day of your appointment. Please ensure you arrive on time, as late arrivals may affect the duration of your treatment.
