It was really painful. I have a very high pain threshold and usually like massages with high pressure. I walked in with no pains and was hoping to walk away feeling more relaxed but instead I walked away sore and had headaches for the next few days (they still haven't gone yet). I didn't want to be rude and say anything upfront but I definitely won't be going back.
