Hair is soo dry and she didn't 'blow dry' it. After blonde highlights she put the straighteners on it. Is this normal?? Anyway will be spending a fortune on treatments now - but not here.

Appointment was challenging to arrange even though I was told in advance they had great flexibility. The foot spa for the pedicure was obviously broken as water was heated up via the kettle I assume, and then poured underneath my legs into the basin - definitely a health and safety situation as with any slight movement I would've been easily scalded. The staff member who performed my pedicure was obviously in a rush and was a bit rough with my toes as a result. Thus I'm grateful the eyebrow appointment never went through - ouch! Definitely would not return or recommend.

Rodika and Selam are very professional. I got an excellent pedicure and eyebrow threading. Plus a good coffee and biscuits. Arelaxing time in massage chair and browsing throughup to date quity magazines. Highly recommended
