Appointment started half an hour late, then overran by an hour. The staff are very ‘cliquey’ and spend much of their time having conversations and gossiping with each other rather than performing their treatments. Not very professional

The salon are always so accommodating & managed to fit me last minute! I have Henna Brows, which are always amazing thanks to Michelle’s skilled knowledge & expertise!
