I’ve been to this salon many times and I will always recommend this place! The spray tans are amazing! All the therapists are incredibly friendly, offering me a drink and a biscuit on arrival. Every spray tan I have is spot on. Emma is a perfectionist who gets me to check my tan to make sure I’m happy, and offering and adjustments if I’d like. A 10/10 experience every time I visit❤️❤️

I went for the relax package today for the fourth time which has become a monthly treat for me. I had a 25% off voucher for January and had booked the treatment over the phone informing them that I was booking with a voucher and they said that was fine and to bring the voucher along.
When I got to the end of the treatment I was told that I couldn’t have 25% off because the package “is already discounted” even though I had specifically booked it to use the voucher and told them so in advance. Without wanting to make a fuss as there was a queue and I felt uncomfortable, I did end up paying (even though they failed to tell me over the phone when booking that it didn’t apply and the voucher does not refer to any exclusions - clearly misleading and a breach of consumer law). I have to say I came away feeling pretty cheated.
Emma is great - and the treatments are good but unfortunately today will be my last time attending this place. I have found the other staff to be very cliquey and you feel like you have almost walked into a local pub and the whole experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth.
What a shame - I had begun to enjoy my monthly treatments! But there are plenty more options in south Manchester!
