It was just after lockdown so I understand they were busy. I didn't have a great experience which is a shame because I rarely have my nails done, especially my hands and feet at the same time, this was a real treat. They did offer to re-do them but I rarely get a moment to myself as I have a young boy and work - pamper time is rare, it had been 2 years since my last pamper. I'm sure it was just because they were super busy as I'd been before and they were great.
