I've had a bad experience in the past when it comes to waxing, so naturally I was quite nervous for my appointment. Emma was so friendly and quick to ease my nerves. She listened to my worries and put those into consideration when doing my wax. Emma did a great job and I definitely will be returning. Thank you!
