Ok. I booked in here after reading the good reviews. I couldn’t get an appointment with my usual salon so took a gamble. My hair is past my shoulders and my previous hairdresser had made my hair as light as possible without bleach and toned such a lovely colour. This salon bleached my hair so badly. It is breaking and over processed. I complained and I was offered an appointment to fix my hair in 6 weeks time and given a tube of hair conditioner. I won’t be going back. Really upsetting for me
