I felt looked after and listened too! I booked the wrong haircut by accident (my fault) and the hairdresser did the best she could with the time she had. Was not quite what I wanted so the owner managed to book me in for the next day. I really appreciated the communication from the salon and for squeezing me in! lovely kind group of ladies x
