The salon was lovely and all the staff were very friendly and chatty. The atmosphere between the salon staff and the other customers was fantastic and made me feel at ease. Jess was wonderful and talked me through the whole treatment. I would highly recommend and will be returning for other treatments.

My appointment was brought forward a couple of times on the day and was brought forward from 2:45 to 2:35 without
me knowing so that effectively I missed a chunk of my treatment that I had payed for. The salon smelt of solvents from nails which was not very relaxing. The team were freindly, but the massage mediocre. It was a bit disappointing. The appointment change post treatwell booking was unexpected and has made me think twice about using treatwell again.

After a problem booking I was a little nervous going in but it was great, really happy with the result and it was very relaxing. I don’t get many opportunities to spend sometime and money on myself so I really want to feel like it was a treat and it did. Will be booking again.
