Omg this is the best place ever! I didn’t think I’d be able make my appointment I’d booked right before my holiday because of an overlap from a previous appointment. Anyway, after making a quick call to Beauty Within and running across Didsbury ,they managed to sort me out!! I am so grateful and they look fantastic 💜Thank you so so much (and for the Prosecco 🥂). No heated booties or mittens for both the pedicure and manicure, Also booked Lona as she had lots of good reviews but somehow it was changed to Rosie. My wife was given an option for gel or normal nails so she went for gel and then later was told it wasn’t included and she would have to pay extra £14. No biggie but shouldn’t be given a choice and then later told oh yeah you need to pay us more. My wife said Rosie was nice and friendly.
Overall I won’t be booking this place again for my wife.
