Although my massage good and she communicated throughout regarding the massage and how deep she was going, when I arrived there was a computers issue which is understandable and I believe they were not aware I had booked but then I was left to feel like I was inconviencing them where as I would have preferred if they had rearranged if there was not time. They were talking amongst themselves leaving me waiting for quite some time which left the massage feeling quite rushed and not the 50 minutes
