My appt was rescheduled due to salon cancelling, they claimed I didn’t have a booking. Attitude was so poor/unwelcoming I wanted to ask for a refund- UNTIL the manager came out and was lovely so I decided to give it a chance. The tech was very obviously put out by having to do my nails I chose to ignore it as she was clearly young. When I tipped she said “what do you want me to do with this?” I think my experience is rare as everyone else was treated lovely, still left feeling disheartened/sad
