Florence was very welcoming and knowledgable about the different available methods. I was extremely relaxed throughout the entire process. I had a facial and an anti-cellulite treatment which included a body scrub and anti-cellulite massage. The venue is close and easy to get to from Holborn and Covent Garden. I would recommend her and k would go again.

I had a deep tissue massage and it very relaxing. I told Florence about my back pain, and she
made sure to pay more attention to that area. The pressure was spot on! she broke down all the knots and I left feeling amazing!
She is a very friendly person and very good at what she does.
The venue requires people to walk around in bare feet or socks and so you will be asked to take off you shoes at reception. It threw me off at firsr but I realised it makes you feel slightly liberated. :)

Florence is an exceptional therapist who ensures you are kept comfortable and aware of each stage of the treatment at all times.
Extremely knowledgeable, she is warm and is happy to answer questions around your treatment and even delving a bit into the science if you're interested!
I felt extremely pampered during my treatment and will be looking forward to the next one, however book now as Florence is extremely busy!!

This was my first treatment of any sort and I was very impressed. The location was easy to get to, the room was clean and relaxing. Florence was professional but friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The facial itself was pleasant and my skin is visibly clearer. I would definitely recommend.
