It was great! First time getting my arm pits waxed, but wasn't painful at all. She made me feel relaxed and comfy. I also didn't have any cash on me and she didn't take card payments. It was great that she said I could pay her back at any time at my own convenience. Thanks Florence!

Florence was very welcoming and knowledgable about the different available methods. I was extremely relaxed throughout the entire process. I had a facial and an anti-cellulite treatment which included a body scrub and anti-cellulite massage. The venue is close and easy to get to from Holborn and Covent Garden. I would recommend her and k would go again.
