Flo is an angel! Really knowledgeable, provides lots of useful information about your treatment, aftercare and skin type. She is a joy to talk to as well! The wax was well done and relatively painless. I will definitely be coming back!

Flo was lovely and was able to identify my problem areas straight away. She also made time to ask health questions so that the pressure/ type of massage was suitable. A hard working lovely lady who is amazing at what she does,will be going back soon :)
