Flo is very kind and funny. The treatments were good, very well done and she shows good knowledge and experience. However, I found it a bit rough and not the most painless wax I had. The ambience of the salon is not nice, smells bad and looks ugly.

I met with Flo and had the most amazing time! She is a lovely lovely woman.
I booked for a back, shoulder and neck massage but she actually did my legs as well. I then had a facial which was the best facial i've ever had. I was fighting not to fall asleep the entire time. It was absolutely brillant! I came out of it so relax and my skin was so so soft and beautiful! I don't usually do facial because i never saw the point of it but god, i'll do it again, with Flo!

I had truly wonderful treatment package of facial and massage. My back feel amazing after and my face so clean. It’s not most glamorous treatment room and really small but the treatments were done so professionally they were one of the best I had.
