The hot wax was unfortunately far too hot in the warm weather and left my skin slightly scalded; in addition to this there was some hair left at the end of the wax.

Really good lash lift, looks fab and everyone in the salon was so nice, even had a cheeky nap while it was being done!

It was a really hot day so definitely more reasonable for staff to have been less chatty and more tired but the atmosphere was less nice than I had expected. There was a smaller range of colours than I was expecting and it just wasn’t the luxurious vibe that it’s nice to have when you’re having a treatment done. The lady was perfectly pleasant but not very enthusiastic and didn’t really chat to me throughout. I wasn’t offered a coffee or anything, it was very much a heads down get on with the pedicure vibe. The pedicure itself was good but limited colour options and not a luxury vibe to the whole experience.
