Brilliant salon! My treatment was really relaxing and I felt at ease straight away. I was advised well on the treatment I was choosing and overall was really happy ! Thank you! I’ll definitely be returning :)

I had an awful massage - the therapist didn't speak to me before the treatment and so didn't know anything about my medical conditions or what kind of massage I needed. I found it all very distressing. The only good thing about the experience was the manager who was very professional, and responded well to my upset. She offered me a full refund and the opportunity to return for a free treatment. I will not return, but her behaviour towards me meant I at least left the salon feeling less distressed than I felt following the awful massage.
