Warmly greeted.
Products used, non specific brand but advised were "natural".
Facial was "luxury"....
Deep cleanse involved use of a plastic pore suckered- sold cheeply on Amazon. Pressure used was excessive and left me with bruises in 3 areas.
When complaining I was advised my skin was sensitive and redness would settle ?!
Just say "sorry' pressure was too much...don't try to blame or make excuses
24 hours later, have purple bruising to my chin and nose, pictures taken.

My visit was truly a relaxing amazing experience. The beautician was very experienced and had a good personal touch. My face is so soft and fresh! Would recommend the deep cleansing facial as a pamper you will love!

I had a Deep cleansing facial and it was amazing. My skin feels really fresh. Beautician was very nice. Would definitely recommend and will be trying the hydro facial next time
