Warmly greeted.
Products used, non specific brand but advised were "natural".
Facial was "luxury"....
Deep cleanse involved use of a plastic pore suckered- sold cheeply on Amazon. Pressure used was excessive and left me with bruises in 3 areas.
When complaining I was advised my skin was sensitive and redness would settle ?!
Just say "sorry' pressure was too much...don't try to blame or make excuses
24 hours later, have purple bruising to my chin and nose, pictures taken.
