I'm furious. Our 10:15 AM salon appointment was rescheduled to 9:10 AM without notice, and my partner showed up and was
refused to be seen. Head office accused me of lying despite email evidence. Salon staff claimed they don't treat men, even though head office said they do, then they hung up on me when I mentioned this. I had non stop calling of rude staff whilst I was ant an GP appointment. Unprofessional and sexist treatment. I would never ever recommend this place

lovely therapist and great pedicure. the gel manicure nails however started lifting pretty much straight away. I was on holiday otherwise I would have contacted them and gone back in. it's a shame as the pedicure with normal polish was lovely.

I originally booked for Sunday but was called on Thursday & asked to change to Saturday - I said I would struggle & what time - was told any time but I suggested 1300 & was asked if I could arrive at 1400 - booked for 1400 but then got another call on the Saturday asking if I could arrive earlier 🤷🏻♀️
Pedicure itself wasn’t as good as I have had at other places - French polish cost an extra £4 but only had white polish - no pale pink as she didn’t appear to have any! All felt a bit half done
