I wasn’t going to leave a review but after writing an email of complaint to the salon which I’ve had to chase for a response - which was just a ‘send us pictures for evidence’, as opposed to an apology. So, I decided that I will…. I’ve never had such a painful lash lift as Ritu managed to get so much dye in my eyes, it was ridiculous. As a result, she had to continually soak my eyes with water, meaning the lift hasn’t set properly. There was not one apology from her either. Dreadful, avoid!
