The beautician who carried out my facial and eyebrow'eyelash tint and eyebrow wax was very pleasant and the results were good. However, the experience would have been better if she had told me what she was doing throughout the process. For example, when she suddenly switched on the steamer next to my face it startled me - while this procedure is part of the treatment, it would have been nice to know what was coming next. I was also surprised that she carried out the eyebrow/lash treatments during the facial when I expected both treatments to be separate. Charging me extra at the end - because she ran over time during the 40 minute facial - was also a bit of a disappointment.

It was my first time getting eyelash extensions and Ana did an amazing job, I absolutely love them. She asked me exactly what I wanted, made me very relaxed and the whole experience was great. Highly recommend! Thank you Ana :)
