Facial was very good - standard dermalogica delivered by competent therapist. Was left waiting 10mins for treatment without knowing if I was being seen to so would have been nice to have been told that room was being prepared etc as I wasn’t sure what was happening after I checked in at reception. Room was cold which affected ability to relax. Therapist was lovely and facial itself was very good with lasting effects.
