After attending many successful beauty appointments at this establishment I hoped that this Treatwell experience would be the same. I hate leaving bad reviews but unfortunately I feel like I need to give this necessary feedback. The beautician I had definitely needs to have some additional training. I knew at the time she was not doing a good job but I was too embarrassed to say anything. She was pulling at my skin haphazardly without using the proper technique. As a result I am covered in waxing rash for my holiday , it looks awful, I am covered in hives that looks like acne and ripped pieces of skin. I am so Sorry to her, but she definitely needs more training In waxing 🤦🏽♀️
