The most painful wax I’ve had. It was done very quickly but without any care and not all hair was removed, I didn’t dare ask for her to go back and get the missed hairs as it was too painful. To top it off there was a man sat on the waiting chairs outside the treatment room, when the therapist came in and out of the room the door opened directly in his line of sight where you lay with no trousers on! Very uncomfortable.

The therapist was late for the appointment as it was first thing in the morning and so had to wait in the cold, but she was apologetic. She was nice and friendly.
