Ritu is adept at creating a relaxing environment through her own calm persona. The treatment was new to me, but Ritu didn’t leave me wondering what was happening and checked in on my comfort. How comfortable was I? I fell asleep - this is rare. In the end, there was a palpable change in skin, which was radiant, looked firmer and my eyes were less puffy. The best facial I’ve ever had.

I had a fantastic seaweed wrap and also a very lovely relaxing facial + head massage. Ritu did a fabulous job, she is such a good beauty therapist and is always so friendly. I have been coming here for years an am not disappointed.
