Alzena was really good at her job. I feel she did a great facial. The atmosphere was good from her side, but from a company point a view, i feel like there needs to be more staff at the main desk, due to her having to try & do too many jobs when she is supposed to be treating a client.

I did arrive late for my appointment due to very heavy traffic, I did call the salon to explain, I did offer to just have the one treatment, as I was booked in for 2. I was not impressed with how I was spoken to by my the manager. Also, I was not informed that my therapist was off sick.
