Experience can be improved: I was directed down to a pitch dark room & had to navigate with my phone. I lay waiting in the dark for 8 mins. During the massage, someone rang buzzer 3x & they stomped around upstairs throughout. Felt rushed out at end.

The staff was kind and polite, but I felt that my procedure was rushed and next morning I woke up with red patches of skin on my legs, so at some places the skin was waxed of together with my hair.
