I got a Brazilian wax done and I was so disappointed. There was so much hair remaining on the area. Also she didnt even clean the remaining wax off my area. The customer service was also poor.
I booked for a strip wax which said one specific price and she used hot wax and informing me after that the price increased.

Not provided with a modesty towel for when the door is opened as treatment room can be seen be shoppers.
Straight away started with a strip wax when I booked for a hot wax. And when I mentioned this she said she was not trained with hot wax.
Door was opened mid treatment without providing me with a towel to cover myself for modesty.
Overall experience unacceptable

Nice people but honestly the worst pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. Currently scraping off the polish which is all over my toes - sorry but you can’t charge for this !
