Rushed. Rough. Rude. Rancid. The place was filthy. Hygiene was very poor. Treatment was rough and not thorough. Manner was unkind and requests / guidance met with resistance. Wax was scalding, bed not fully covered, was advised to have eyebrows tinted - came out much darker than I like - even though I specifically asked not too dark. Thoroughly unpleasant experience.
