Madara is a superb, professional and friendly therapist working from a lovely home salon with easy parking. Her background in nursing is so clear and makes you feel like you are - literally - in safe hands. Her highly skilled, thorough approach and anatomical knowledge of how nerves and muscles interact resulted in (honestly) a far better sports massage I've ever had before. I highly recommend Madara if you need to relax or have your aches and pains massaged away.

Absolutely the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had! I have sciatica and Madara knew exactly what I needed. What really stood out is how she guided me to take deep breaths at the right moments, helping ease the discomfort and allowing my body to release tension naturally. Usually, I leave massages feeling sore or stiff but this time I walked out feeling relaxed. If you are looking for someone who truly understands the body, look no further!
