I had a herbal facial which was really relaxing especially the massage on my face and my skin felt very smooth after it, it was good value at £20 for half an hour, I think to improve the experience it would of been nice to have had some relaxing music playing in the background!
I also had my arms waxed while lying down after my facial and my arms felt smooth afterwards but I think I would of liked to of had them waxed sitting up instead of lying down
