Worst experience ever. First, they left me waiting for 45 mins. Second, the person who attended me didn’t even check which service I had booked bc she started drying my fair when I actually went for a trim - she cut my hair once dry as she had started drying it thinking it was a blow dry. When she finnished, a client who was doing her nails asked her to please cut my hair properly as apparently it was uneven. She has to cut my hair again but as badly as first time. My hair is know a disaster

First appointment was alright, not the best manicure ever but a good price value as it’s quite cheap.
I booked a second one and once I arrived there, the lady told me she couldn’t accommodate me even though I booked and paid already on Treatwell.
Barely apologized.
She issued a refund as soon as I asked, but still, this is very unprofessional and the first time I have this kind of experience via Treatwell, which I used for years.
Never going there again- huge disappointment

My honest review, if you need cheap infills in a rush, then go for it but the acrylic is uneven and the paint job was not good. I had to go home and shape them myself because they were all mismatched and odd shaped. So yeah, it would be my last resort if I was having a nail emergency but don’t expect them to be good to go.
