The technician was over zealous with the scrubbing, instead of and scrapped off my skin in several places. I ended up bleeding terribly. The salon did not have a first aid kit to attend to the wound. The attendant who I asked to purchase betadine and properly sized bandaids used that as an opportunity for a break, as I was bleeding, came back with a pret drink and newspapers in hand. -10, do not recommend.
